Debra started as Director of Family Foster Care Programs at Leake and Watts Services, Inc. in 1993, where they worked for 26 years. Debra then moved on to become the Sr. Vice President of Children and Family Services at St. Dominic's Family Services Inc. in 2019, managing various programs and providing leadership to staff. Currently, they are the Vice President of Family Foster Care Programs at Rising Ground, where they continue to work in a leadership role.
Debra McCall holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Debra also completed a Masters of Science degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
