Phillip DeCarlo is an experienced professional in the banking industry with a focus on training and program development. Currently serving as a Contract Instructor and Program Developer at the Risk Management Association since March 2006, Phillip designs and conducts training programs for RMA chapters across the nation. Previously, as Managing Director of Successful Pathways LLC from 2009 to November 2011, Phillip specialized in developing and presenting seminars directed at credit for the banking sector. Additionally, Phillip held the position of Program Director for Off Campus Services at Felician College from 2006 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Commercial Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and an MBA in Finance and General Management from Seattle University.
