Previously, Thomas held prominent roles including Senior Vice President and Unit Head of Loan Workout at Webster Bank from September 2013 to August 2022, and has worked with notable companies such as The Receivables Exchange, CIT, UBS, GE Capital, First Union, and Fidelity Bank Philadelphia in various capacities focused on loan workout and credit management.
