Thom Solomon has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Thom began their career at Golden Corral Corporation as a training program designer and HR representative. Thom then moved on to work at Highwoods Properties as an HR representative, where they administered HR plans and policies and developed leadership development training. Thom later joined Progress Energy as a Human Resources Manager, where they led change management and integration efforts. Thom continued to advance in their career, taking on roles such as Director of Talent Management at Dex One Corp. and Director of Talent Strategy and Engagement at Progress Energy. Most recently, Thom served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Alcami Corporation, where they developed strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline. Currently, Thom is serving as the Director of Global HR and Talent Management at Rithum, overseeing global HR business partners, HR operations, and talent management.
Thom Solomon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
