Michael Schell has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michael started their career in 1990 at Elektro Decker GmbH, where they held the position of Leitung Steuerungs- und Schaltanlagenbau until 2002. Michael then joined Ensol GmbH as Geschäftsführer from 2002 to 2004. From there, they moved to Rittal GmbH & Co. KG, where they took on various roles including Produktmanager, Teamleiter Produktmanagement Power Distribution, Head of Product Management Power Distribution, Head of Product Management Enclosures and Power Distribution, Vice President of Product Management Industry, and currently serves as the Vice President global Portfoliomanagement.
Michael Schell pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen. Michael attended the institution from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1993 to 2001, they obtained a Diplom Ingenieur FH in Energie- und Automatisierungstechnik from FH Gießen Friedberg.
