Steve Holstad has over 25 years of experience in various finance and consulting roles. Steve began their career at ARCO Chemical as a Manager, Corporate Finance from 1992 to 1996. Steve then worked at ARCO as a Director of Finance from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they were the CFO at College Directory Publishing. Steve then moved on to become the CFO at City Line Motors, LLC, where they successfully sold both dealerships in 2012. Since 2015, Steve has been working as the CFO at Rittenhouse Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Philadelphia. In addition to their CFO role, they also offer CEO and CFO consulting services at Strattech Partners, where they have been a Managing Director since 2000.
Steve Holstad began their education at Episcopal Academy, where they studied from 1975 to 1982. Steve then attended Duke University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned an AB degree in Economics. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they attended the University of Michigan, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on Finance.

Rittenhouse Ventures is a Philadelphia-based early-stage venture fund that invests in capital-efficient emerging technology companies across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region. Rittenhouse invests in small (generally $1 to $3 million) financing rounds of early-stage information technology companies that utilize emerging technologies to createcompelling business opportunities. While the Fund invests across the information technology spectrum, it has a primary vertical focus on Healthcare Information Technology and Pharmaceutical IT. It also invests in Technology-Enabled Services companies focused on other verticals including Financial Services Information Technology and Outsourced Business Services.
