Allen Soohoo

Allen Soohoo has extensive experience in IT management, strategy, and execution. Allen is currently the Director of IT at River Financial, where they oversee the IT department, technical operations, and technology projects. Their responsibilities include identifying the organization's IT needs, enhancing computer systems, and resolving technical issues efficiently. Prior to this role, Allen worked at Wells Fargo, where they served as an Operational Risk Consultant, Technology Relationship Manager for the Asia Pacific region, and a System Support Analyst. Allen also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Innovative Computing Systems, Inc and as a Network Administrator at Thelen LLP. Throughout their career, Allen has displayed expertise in troubleshooting, resolving server issues, deploying new enterprise technologies, and managing large-scale IT infrastructures.

Allen Soohoo obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 20th Century American Literature from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended the Boston Latin School. Allen holds additional certifications including Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE™) and Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), both obtained from ISACA in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
