Paul Penberthy has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Paul started their career at River Island in 1998 as a Merchandiser and worked there for 10 years. In 2008, Paul joined Arcadia Group Ltd as a Senior Merchandiser and stayed there for 3 years. Paul then moved to New Look in 2011 as a Senior Merchandiser for 2 years. Finally, Paul returned to River Island in 2013 and held the position of Merchandising Manager before being promoted to Head Of Commercial IT in November 2018.
Paul Penberthy completed their education from 1994 to 1998 at Queen Mary University of London, where they obtained an MSci degree in Mathematics.
