Rachel Forsyth is an experienced School Business Manager with a demonstrated history in the education sector. Since November 2018, Rachel has been serving at River Learning Trust, following a previous role in the same capacity at Oxfordshire County Council from September 2016 to November 2018. Rachel holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Business Studies from the University of Buckingham, completed in 1993.

The River Learning Trust is a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. They are responsible for a number of secondary schools, primary schools, and a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) provider; they have a secondary Free School in pre-opening and are in discussions with a number of other secondary and primary schools as the Trust is preparing for further growth in the coming years.
