Eric Lampedecchio

Eric Lampedecchio, MSOL, currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at River Run since July 2023, after holding a similar position at Pentucket Bank earlier in 2023. With extensive experience in training and development roles, Eric has worked at Metro Credit Union for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing training programs that emphasized onboarding, employee development, and compliance training. Previous positions include AVP Training Manager, Training Manager, and Training and Development Assistant Manager, all focused on enhancing employee experience and establishing efficient training processes. Eric's career began as an Assistant Branch Manager at a financial institution and included a short tenure as an Enumerator with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.
