River Valley Holdings, LLC is a California-based family office representing the interests of three generations.   The collaboration began more than 40 years ago with the development and expansion of fast food restaurants in the northern Sacramento Valley.  Those operations were sold in 2014.

Today, River Valley Holdings oversees a diversified portfolio of public and private investments.  The office has a strong focus in commercial real estate, with direct ownership and management of retail, office and industrial properties across the country.   Beyond real estate, the Company is a careful investor in a diverse range of joint ventures, limited partnerships and start-ups.
