Nay Norledge has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. From 2019 to the present, Nay has been working at Riverford Organic Farmers, initially as a People Business Partner, then progressing to the role of Senior People Business Partner, and currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture. Prior to this, Nay worked at Screwfix from 2014 to 2019, where Nay started as an Employee Relations Advisor and later became an HR Business Partner. Before joining Screwfix, Nay held various roles at the same company from 2011 to 2014, including Branch Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Nay Norledge completed their MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a CIPD Level 5 in HR Management from Bridgwater & Taunton College between 2014 and 2015. Before that, Nay studied for a CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice from BPP University, which took place from 2013 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Nay obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from CIPD in June 2018, and they also have a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management, although the exact details of when and where it was obtained are unknown.
