Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting and managed services
- Experience managing a team of consultants and overseeing client delivery
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and proficiency with Salesforce, Celigo, Boomi, and other relevant cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience with Sales and Business Development is a plus
- Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation and NetSuite ERP Consultant
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership for ERP Consulting Services, aligning with organizational goals and vision.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional consulting services.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize service delivery processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes across client portfolio.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions for enhanced efficiency.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ERP, CRM, Integration, Data Analytics Consulting Services team.
- Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
