Christian Romanelli

Christian Romanelli, CPA, has extensive experience in transaction services, currently serving as a Manager at Riveron since February 2021. Prior to this role, Christian worked as a Senior Associate in Transaction Services at Daszkal Bolton and as a Senior Consultant in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where involvement in approximately 20 buy-side and sell-side deals ranging from $5 million to $2 billion was noted, with a focus on technology transactions. Earlier experiences include a postgraduate technical assistant position at the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, and various internships at EY, Grant Thornton LLP, and Marcum LLP, where responsibilities spanned audit, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
