Dawn Stephens

Dawn Stecklein Stephens is a seasoned Human Resources professional, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Riveron since March 2018, where responsibilities have included coordinating various HR functions within the business advisory firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Delta Dallas, focusing on recruitment solutions in administration, accounting, finance, and human resources from September 2015 to March 2018. Dawn's background also features an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives, assisting in constituent communications and legislative research, as well as an internship with Susan G. Komen that involved event planning and grant writing. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community, Family, and Addiction Services from Texas Tech University, complemented by a high school diploma from Flower Mound High School.
