Shawn Rouse, MBA, is a seasoned supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in demand planning, inventory management, and master data management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Planning at CamelBak since April 2022, Shawn has directed significant improvements in forecast accuracy and supply planning through the implementation of new Logility software. Previous roles include ownership of Kwench Juice Cafe and a Senior Manager position at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where Shawn led a team in purchasing and production planning. With a solid foundation built through various roles at Leupold + Stevens, Rexam Beverage Cans, Zeller Plastik, and Solo Cup Company, Shawn has developed robust supply chain strategies and operational efficiencies over a career spanning more than 15 years. Graduation from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with an MBA complements a background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
