Orin Williams

Orin Williams serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Facilities, Planning & Development at Riverside Unified School District since September 2023, focusing on achieving excellence in educational learning environments. Williams previously held the position of Assistant Superintendent at Santa Ana Unified School District from July 2015 to September 2023 and has twice received CALSA’s State Classified Manager of the Year award in 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Maintenance & Operations at Riverside Unified School District, Associate Vice Chancellor at Riverside Community College District, and Director of Construction at Riverside Unified School District. Williams holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
