With a diverse background that includes overseeing commercial loan portfolios, leading teams in delivering banking solutions, and managing complex deposit relationships, Michelle has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic growth capabilities throughout a career that began at U.S. Bank in 1986. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
