Andrew Carr

Andrew Carr is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Global Head of Learning at Petrofac since January 2023. Previously, Andrew spent eight years at Qatar Airways, where roles included Manager of Digital Transformation and Employee Development, leading talent development's digital learning teams and managing the implementation of a group-wide Learning Management System. Andrew also held the position of Manager Learning Excellence, engaging senior stakeholders to influence learning culture and strategy. Prior experience includes roles as Academic Programme Manager at Défense Conseil International and various positions at the British Council, where responsibilities ranged from managing training centers to delivering corporate training solutions. Andrew holds multiple degrees in educational management and teaching from reputable institutions.
