Karen Connolly

Karen Connolly is a seasoned recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently en route to Saudi Arabia as of June 2023. Previously, Karen served as the Managing Lead for Recruitment Sourcing at Datadog, where management of a creative sourcing team for the global sales department was undertaken. Prior experiences include roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at MFS Investment Management, Managing Director at Chameleon Talent, and Talent Acquisition Manager at First Abu Dhabi Bank, among others. Karen's career also includes significant recruitment leadership positions at Etihad Airways and Greenpeace New Zealand. An accomplished communicator, Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and PR from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
