Ahmed Alhatlani CSCP, CIPM, CIPP, CILT is an experienced procurement and contracts professional currently serving as the General Manager of Procurement & Contracts at the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center since March 2024. With a strong background in developing and executing procurement strategies, Ahmed has previously held leadership positions at the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center and the Shared Services Program, driving operational efficiency and fostering vendor relationships. Prior experience includes roles at the National Center for Privatization & PPP and SPIMACO, where Ahmed focused on procurement strategy development and contract management.
