Joel Augustine has a strong background in engineering and spectrum management. Joel began their career in 2000 as a Radio Operator in the US Army, where they gained experience in spectrum management tools and techniques. Joel later served as a Spectrum Manager, overseeing various planning and operational tasks related to spectrum management. In 2017, Joel joined AASKI Technology as an Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst, where they continued to work on spectrum-related projects until 2019. In 2019, they joined RKF Engineering Solutions, LLC as a System Engineer. Overall, Joel has extensive experience in spectrum management and is well-versed in a range of tools and technologies in this field.
Joel Augustine completed their education in a chronological order. Joel first attended ECPI University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Networking Security Management. After that, they enrolled at Strayer University from 2009 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Homeland Security. Following their undergraduate studies, Joel pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy.
In addition to their formal education, Joel also obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in May 2023.
