Fiona McFarlane

Fiona McFarlane currently serves as the People Director for UK & Ireland at Royal London, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Fiona led People Services at Tesco Bank from October 2018 to November 2023, covering employee lifecycle management, data analytics, and employee relations. Additionally, Fiona directed the Agile programme at Tesco Bank, facilitating a shift to an agile operating model. Fiona's earlier experience includes roles such as Head of People Consultancy at Standard Life UK, and various leadership positions at Unilever and Diageo, where responsibilities encompassed organisational development and HR effectiveness. Fiona holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
