Bonnie Speers-Bauman, CHRP, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Manager at RLB LLP since April 2021, following roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Bonnie held the positions of Human Resources Advisor and Training Manager at Cheer On! Bears Athletics from November 2019 to June 2021 and was a Cheerleading Coach/Gym Manager at Cheer On Bears Cheerleading from June 2015 to June 2021. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and History from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Human Resources Certificate from Conestoga College. Additionally, Bonnie is a Cappa Certified Childbirth Educator through CAPPA Canada.
