Zack MacPherson, CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at RLB LLP since March 2024, Zack previously held positions at Gateway Services Inc. as Talent Acquisition Lead and Partner, overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experiences. Prior roles include Regional Recruiter and Human Resources Manager at Cintas, where strategic HR initiatives were a focus, and Recruitment Manager at Student Transportation of America, leading recruitment strategies across Ontario. Zack began a career in HR at the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, supporting recruitment and HR operations, and has foundational experience gained through various administrative roles in the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs sector. Zack holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
