Rod Severance

Rod Severance has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Commercial Superintendent at RLH Construction, LLC since June 2017, while also being the Business Owner of Coastal Dryer Vent Services since October 2014, focusing on the repair, replacement, and cleaning of dryer vents and gas appliances. In addition, Rod implements engineering oversight for nine resorts as the Director of Engineering at Island One Resorts since September 2005, with previous roles including Director of Service HVAC at Petro Oil Co., managing a team of 75 HVAC technicians, and Construction Manager at Mapstone Services, where operations and budget management were key responsibilities. Rod holds a degree from Syracuse University, attended from 1979 to 1983, and completed secondary education at Chittenango Central from 1973 to 1979.
