Steve MacDonald possesses extensive experience in the insurance and surety industries, currently serving as Director of Field Sales at RLI Insurance Company since March 2013. Previous roles at RLI include Regional Sales Manager and Senior Marketing Representative for RLI Surety. Prior to joining RLI, Steve worked as a Bond Underwriter at Lexon Surety Group and Granite RE, Inc. Steve's career began at H&R Block World Headquarters, where responsibilities included financial auditing and procurement. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Arkansas, graduated in 2006, and completed education at Raymore Peculiar High School.
