Nejc Recelj is an experienced Product Manager at RLS Merilna tehnika d. o. o. since September 2016, overseeing the OnAxis and Linear/ring product lines across the APAC and EMEA regions, with responsibilities including market launches, trend detection, benchmarking, pricing strategy, customer engagement, and high-tech technical support. Previously, Nejc held roles as a Software Firmware Engineer, focusing on FPGA programming and embedded software, and as a Student Researcher at the University of Ljubljana, where a thermal imaging camera was used to measure gymnasts. An engineering intern at Etkin Medical Devices Ltd. gained experience in firmware programming for surgical lights. Nejc holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Energetics and Mechatronics from the University of Ljubljana, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Yaşar University.

Depending on the agreed final specification, this approach enables us to significantly reduce the development time while at the same time offering an extremely competitive solution to our customers. Over the last few decades we worked closely with partners from a broad range of industries. From heavy machinery, advanced surgical and collaborative robots, aerospace and submarine applications to one of the largest solar power plants in the world, our encoders comply with even the toughest requirements.
