Jake O'Gorman is a seasoned automotive specialist with extensive experience in the classic car auction and restoration industry. Currently serving as a Car Specialist at RM Sotheby's since June 2017, Jake is responsible for consigning automobiles for global auctions and conducting thorough condition inspections. Previous roles include Junior Car Specialist at Randy Ema Inc. and an intern at RM Auctions, where skills in cataloging, researching, and inspecting vintage automobiles were developed. Jake also held leadership positions such as President of the McPherson College C.A.R.S. Club and gained hands-on experience as an Apprentice Mechanic at Kiff Auto and as an Apprentice at Sherry Classic Autos. Jake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Restoration Technology from McPherson College, completed in 2016.
