Sajai Nalupurakkal

Sajai Nalupurakkal has extensive experience in the automotive and heavy equipment industries, currently serving as Aftersales Manager for Mercedes Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, JEEP, and RAM at RMA Group Company Limited since December 2008. Responsibilities include managing the complete aftersales business for Jaguar Land Rover and FORD, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction, as well as leading a high-performing aftersales team. Sajai has also held various roles at RMA, including Business Development and Logistics Senior Manager, After Sales Manager for Heavy Equipment in Myanmar, and Product Support Manager. Prior to RMA, Sajai worked as a Senior Technician at Silver Star Machinery. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from KIHRD in Thrissur, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering from St. Francis Boys School, Kerala, India.
