Thuy Nguyen

Thuy Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence at RMIT University Vietnam since October 2022 and has been a Lecturer and researcher at a university in Hanoi since August 2009, focusing on computer vision, pattern recognition, image processing, and machine learning. Thuy completed a PhD at Graz University of Technology from January 2006 to September 2009, with research interests in computer vision and machine learning techniques. A visiting researcher position was held at the Center for Machine Perception in May 2009, concentrating on probabilistic models for object detection from aerial images. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Industrial System Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in IT from Truòng Dai hoc Bách Khoa Hànôi.
