Daniel Zarate

Daniel Zarate is an experienced academic and psychologist currently serving as a Lecturer and Associate Lecturer at RMIT University since May 2023. In addition, Daniel holds the position of Provisional Psychologist at Western Psychology Services and CatholicCare Victoria, along with being an Editorial Board Member at Springer Nature Group. Previous roles include Casual Academic at La Trobe University and Sessional Lecturer and Research Supervisor at Victoria University, where Daniel also worked as a Research Assistant. Prior professional experience includes a Child Protection Practitioner at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria, and a Student Services Officer at Victoria University. Daniel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from RMIT University, an Honours degree from Victoria University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, also from Victoria University, along with a Certificate IV in Liberal Arts.
