Kamal Gautam

Kamal Gautam is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, statutory compliance, and payroll management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at RMSI since March 2022, Kamal oversees multiple HR functions including shared services, payroll life cycle, audits, and employee exit management. Prior to this role, Kamal worked at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals as an HR Executive Assistant, managing statutory compliance and vendor coordination. Experience also includes positions as HR Executive at Genius Consultants Limited, where Kamal handled the complete employee life cycle, and HR Trainee at Shivalik Prints Ltd., focusing on HR operations. Kamal holds a B.Com (Hons) and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Maharshi Dayanand University.
