Jane Hartog has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Jane currently serves as the HR & OD Director at RNN Group UK. Prior to this, they worked at Eurocell plc as the Organisational Design & Development Manager. Jane also worked at Nottingham Trent University as a Performance and Appraisal Consultant. Earlier in their career, Jane held the role of Head of HR & Learning at 1st Planner Ltd. Jane gained valuable experience at Rolls-Royce as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they devised and implemented global career development frameworks, developed training programs for field engineers, and handled various HR responsibilities such as recruitment and performance management.
Jane Hartog attended Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their MA in Human Resources Management (HRM). Prior to this, they studied Human Resources Management and Services at Clifton, Nottingham. Additionally, Jane completed their high school education at Clifton High School.
