Cindy H. Thompson

Cindy has over 30 years of experience in the human service field, most of which was part of the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team. She has held positions in both Residential and Day services. Her goal oriented and mission focused mindset has helped RTR continue to improve our services. She enjoys sharing her experience and education to help other live meaningful lives.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State College. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA and Autism Studies at Endicott College.
