Don R.

Don R. serves as the Chief Growth Officer and Advisory Board Member at RoadSync since October 2023. Prior to this role, Don R. led auto growth and innovation as well as product initiatives at Upstart from November 2021 to March 2025, and held the position of VP of Product at PureCars from January 2017 to November 2021. Additional experience includes heading product development at Connectik Technologies, MemberSuite, Inc., and DealerMatch, with earlier roles at Kaneva, AT&T Mobility, and EarthLink in various managerial capacities. Don R. holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and International Business from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, a B.S. in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida, and a degree in International Business Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
