Alexandra Charitan

Alexandra Charitan is an experienced professional in editorial management and design, currently serving as Managing Editor at Roadtrippers since February 2019, overseeing the digital Roadtrippers Magazine and a team of freelance contributors while producing original content. Prior roles include Community Editor at Penguin Random House and Senior Graphic Designer at 92nd Street Y, where Alexandra led creative campaigns and earned multiple awards, including a PRINT Typography and Lettering Award. Earlier experiences include positions as Designer at W. W. Norton & Company and Art Director at 427 Design, complemented by teaching typography and production at the University of Akron. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from Kent State University.
