With a rich background in various HSEQ roles at Syngenta spanning 17 years, Pablo contributed significantly to health, safety, and quality management systems throughout Latin America. Additionally, experience as an independent consultant and in production and supervisory roles further solidifies Pablo's extensive knowledge in chemical engineering and business administration, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA focused on Strategic Direction.
