Laura Roman

Laura Roman, CFA, CAd, currently serves as the Head of Iberia at Robeco since April 2024. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Selinca AV from June 2015 to April 2024, focusing on business development and client relationship management with Iberian financial institutions. Laura's extensive experience in the finance sector includes leadership positions at HSBC from 2000 to 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Global Equity Sales to Deputy Head of Global Equity Sales & Third Party Distribution Products. Laura began a career in equity sales at Openbank, specializing in retail clients and establishing an international equity sales desk. Laura holds various diplomas in investor relations, international markets, and derivatives, alongside Bachelor's Degrees in Law and Business Administration.
