Benjamin Kutz, P.E. has diverse experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering, working as a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer at Gilmore & Associates, Inc. Benjamin also worked as a Staff Engineer at Penn E & R and Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Benjamin has experience in permit coordination, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management design, land development, and environmental investigations and remediation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
