Tim Wallace, P.E. has extensive experience in civil design, currently serving as a Civil Designer at Gilmore & Associates, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to this role, Tim worked as an Engineer In Training at Boucher & James, Inc. from November 2006 to July 2020. Tim holds a degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
