Brandon Steele

Brandon Steele serves as the Director of Data Engineering and Strategy for Global Marketing Analytics at Robert Half, where strategic leadership and cross-functional influence drive the development of scalable solutions and alignment of marketing data initiatives with business objectives. Since joining Robert Half in July 2018, Brandon has advanced from Analytics Engineer to Director, mentoring team members and enhancing data architecture, governance, and analytics processes. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Manager, and Data Architect, where Brandon successfully integrated platforms, improved productivity through agile practices, and significantly reduced data latency. Brandon also operated as an Independent Business Owner in IT services prior to joining Robert Half. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Chico, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Las Positas College.
