Isabelle Alain

Isabelle Alain is a seasoned executive in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Group Managing Director for Canada at Robert Half Executive Search since July 2021, and previously as Managing Director since November 2016. With expertise in CFO search and senior leadership recruitment across various industries, Isabelle has played a pivotal role in the firm's operations, which is part of Robert Half International, an S&P 500 company. Prior experience includes serving as Service Delivery Leader at Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company, from 2004 to 2012, where responsibilities included recruitment management and client acquisition. Isabelle began a career in recruiting at Mandrake from 1998 to 2004. Education was obtained at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1994 to 1997.
