Dandred Carl Serbo

Dandred Carl Serbo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and service desk management, currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Robert Walters since July 2015. Dandred has received numerous accolades, including the Top Achiever designation and the People's Pick Award in 2023. Previously, Dandred held various roles within Robert Walters, excelling as Service Desk Manager for the APAC region and earning multiple Golden Star Awards for outstanding business partnership and cultural ambassadorship. Dandred's earlier experience at Trend Micro Incorporated included roles as Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing service agreements, supervising teams, and providing first-level support.
