Paul Blakeway

Paul Blakeway is a seasoned professional in recruitment process outsourcing and project management, currently serving as Global Transformation Director at Resource Solutions since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading global transformation initiatives. Previously, Paul held the position of Director, EMEA & US Head of Implementation at Resource Solutions from October 2013 to June 2021, overseeing change and implementation programs across various regions. Prior experience includes directing service transition projects at Hays and managing project management functions at ETS plc, gaining extensive expertise in the implementation of HR solutions and technology integration. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Reading.
