Brent Thompson

Brent Thompson is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation since February 2013, Brent previously held the position of Communications Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, Brent was the Director of Communications at the William Penn Foundation from November 2003 to February 2013. Additional experience includes being Adjunct Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania for a brief period in 2013, Chief of Staff at the American Red Cross, Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter, from November 1999 to November 2003, and various roles at Search for Common Ground from July 1995 to July 1999. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Drew University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
