Kevin Wustefeld-Janssens

Kevin Wustefeld-Janssens is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Robertson and Caine since January 2014. In this role, Kevin oversees the planning, management, and implementation of training projects and the establishment of skills development centres, focusing on technical and leadership development. Prior to this position, Kevin worked at Kuvla & Associates from January 1997 to December 2013 as a Workplace Improvement Specialist, specializing in workplace change and team-building initiatives to enhance productivity and employee engagement. Kevin's career began as a Trainer at Basic Education & Skills for Adults (BESA) between January 1991 and December 1996, where responsibilities included providing skills development training and supporting trainers in course delivery. Kevin holds two HDE degrees in General Education from Edgewood College of Education and Edgewood Teachers Training College, completed in December 1978.
