Colin Harris has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Colin started their career as a Construction Manager at Laing O'Rourke from October 2007 to December 2011. In this role, they supported delivery teams with quality processes and presented samples and benchmarks to clients. Colin then transitioned to become a Quality Assurance Manager at Laing O'Rourke from December 2011 to August 2021, where they reviewed quality plans and assisted with inspections and tests.
From November 2015 to August 2021, Colin worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Kier Construction Scotland, responsible for ensuring quality throughout the Scotland and North East Region projects. Colin reported to the Managing Director and supported projects in quality issues.
Currently, Colin is the Quality Manager at Ogilvie Construction Ltd, a role they have held since August 2021.
In 2023, Colin will take on a new position as the Head of Quality Control at Robertson Group.
Colin Harris completed a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Building, Engineering & Management from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1993 and 1996.
