Towsif Ahmed

Towsif Ahmed is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as General Manager of Spectrum & Technical Regulation at Robi Axiata Limited, a role held since September 2014. Responsibilities include spectrum strategy formulation, regulatory affairs, interconnection management, and collaboration with international organizations such as ITU and GSMA.
