Steve Hickey

Steve Hickey is an experienced product design leader currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Robin since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design team, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering career development. Prior roles include Principal Product Designer at DEPT®, where leadership was provided for an end-to-end commercial real estate lending platform, and UX Manager at Virgin Pulse, where a recruitment workflow was implemented to enhance team capabilities. Steve has a strong design background that spans various companies, having held positions such as Senior Design Manager and Lead Product Designer. An educational foundation in Graphic Design was obtained from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
